N2  - In der vorliegenden Bachelorarbeit wird ein Bibliotheksprofil der Bücherei Tamm erarbeitet. Dieses Bibliotheksprofil beschreibt die charakteristischen Merkmale der Bücherei Tamm. Die Basis hierfür sind die sozio-ökonomische Struktur des Einzugsgebiets, die der Institution zugrundeliegenden Werte und die Vereinbarungen mit dem Träger und den Interessengruppen. Im Profil werden die Stärken und Schwächen der Bücherei Tamm dargestellt sowie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Das Profil dient somit als Grundlage für die Entwicklung der strategischen Ziele der Institution, anhand derer die Zielgruppen, Angebote und Dienstleistungen festgelegt werden.
N2  - In the present bachelor thesis a library profile of the library in Tamm will be elabourated. This library profile describes the characteristic features of the library in Tamm. The basis therefor are the socio-economic structure of the sphere of influence, the underlying values of the institution and the agreements with the sponsor and the lobbies. The profile shows the strengths and weaknesses of the library in Tamm and it points out the facilities of improvement. So the profile serves as a base for the development of the strategic aims of the intstitution on which the target groups, offers and services will be determined.
