N2  - Für ein Unternehmen ist es sehr wichtig, sich bei Investitionen nicht nur auf das Bauchgefühl oder Hoffnung zu verlassen. Da Investitionen das Unternehmenskapital langfristig binden, müssen sie sehr gut durchdacht und geplant werden. Im Investitionsprozess werden alle Probleme bedacht. In meiner Bachelorthesis werde ich jedoch nicht den ganzen Investitionsprozess ausführen. Ich werde mich auf den Bereich der Investition und der Finanzierung einer Ersatzinvestition beschränken. Es wird dargelegt mit welchen Methoden solche Entscheidungen gefällt werden. In den ersten Kapiteln werden die Grundlagen der Investitions- und Finanztheorie dargelegt. Die einzelnen Möglichkeiten werden geschildert und bewertet. Am Beispiel einer fiktiven mitteständischen Zeitungsdruckerei werden die geschilderten Möglichkeiten teilweise praktisch dargelegt.
N2  - It is very important for companies that they do not rely on feeling in case of investment. Investment ties up the long-term assets of the company and for this reason they have to be calculated and thought throughly. In the investment process all of the problems will be considered. But I will not carry out the whole investment process in my thesis. I will narrow it down to the investment and the funding of a replacement investment. The methods for such decision making will be introduced. In the first chapters, I will give a summary of the basics of investment and financing theory. Several possibilities will be described and evaluated. Parts of the presented opportunities will be shown by giving a practical example. It will be demonstrated on a medium-sized newspaper printing press.
