N2  - Die Stadtbücherei Würzburg hat im Jahr 2014 bereits zum zweiten Mal nach 2010/11 eine Wissensbilanz nach dem Modell „Wissensbilanz – Made in Germany“ erstellt. Um die Wissensbilanz als strategisches Managementinstrument nutzen zu können, benötigt es ein Maßnahmenmanagement. Ein solches wird in dieser Arbeit modellhaft vorgestellt. Die im Anschluss beschriebenen Maßnahmen der Handlungsfelder können mithilfe des auf die Stadtbücherei angepassten Maßnahmenmanagement-Modells angewendet werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist als Handlungsempfehlung für die Stadtbücherei Würzburg zu verstehen. Es wird untersucht inwieweit das theoretische Modell die internen und externen Bedingungen der Stadtbücherei erfüllen kann.
N2  - In 2014, the public library of Würzburg generated for the second time after 2010/11 an Intellectual Capital Report based on the model ‘Wissensbilanz – Made in Germany’. To use the Intellectual Capital Report as strategic management tool, an activity management is required. Such model will be shown in this thesis. The following described spheres of activities can be implemented with the help of the activity management model aligned to the public library of Würzburg. Therefore this paper should be considered as action recommendation analyzing to what extent the theoretical model is able to fulfil the internal and external conditions of the public library.
